Corporate Pixels are available for $5.00 each, and are purchased in increments of 100 pixels. Each grid square on the Corporate Pixels page represents 100 pixels. The minimum purchase is 100 pixels. There is no limit to the amount of pixels you can purchase. Obviously the more you pixels you purchase, the larger and more prominent your ad will be. The advertisement will be good for 1 year from date of order. After the year is up, you may either re-purchase the ad, or it will be dropped from the site.

Personal Pixels

Personal Pixels are available for $1.00 each, and are purchased in increments of 100 pixels. Each grid square on the Personal Pixels page represents 100 pixels. The minimum purchase is 100 pixels. There is no limit to the amount of pixels you can purchase. Obviously the more you pixels you purchase, the larger and more prominent your ad will be. The advertisement will be good for 1 year from date of order. After the year is up, you may either re-purchase the ad, or it will be dropped from the site.

Sponsor Page

Corporations or individuals who sponsor $100,000 or more, will be entitled to a permanent banner ad measuring 468 pixels X 60 pixels that will be framed. This page will also thanks all sponsors for their generous sponsorship.

Rules & Regulations for Advertisers

1 - When you purchase pixels you will not 'own' any part of this site. You are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the site in the respective space and page you have paid for.

2 - You can't change the image or link once you have submitted them.

3 - No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted. If you submit an image or link that is rejected your money will be refunded and you will lose your pixels.

4 - If your link is accepted and is later changed to show offensive/obscene/racist material then your link will be removed and no refund will be issued.

5 - The minimum purchase is 100 pixels ($100 for Personal Pixels and $500 for Corporate Pixels). Corporate Ads cannot appear on the Personal Pixel Page. Personal Ads cannot appear on the Corporate Pixel Page.

6 - Images must be the exact size you have paid for (example: 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels). If your image is larger than the space you have paid for, the image will be cropped off to fit the space paid for.

7 - Images must be in GIF or JPEG format and saved at 72 dpi (dots per inch). No animated GIF's will be posted on the site.

8 - Links must be to web pages only and begin with http:// - (no links to e-mail addresses).

9 - Funds must be fully received and cleared through Pay Pal before your ad will be placed on our site.

10 - You must have the legal authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit for advertising.

Rules & Regulations for Homeowners in Need

1 - Complete the form on the Contact Us Page.

2 - Please include the following in detail:

• Please explain your current situation and how you became in default
• Please list the location and exact street address, city, county and state of the property
• What is your estimation of the current market value of the property
• What is the current amount owing on the property as a mortgage (list all mortgages)
• What is the amount you require to bring your default current?

3 - If approved for a loan amount, you agree it will be paid directly to the lending institution to bring you current.

4 - You agree to sign a lien on the property prior to the funds being advanced to the lending institution.

5 - You agree that you will try to pay the loan back with minor interest.
